Tumblarity update!

I am convinced that Tumblarity has a lot to do with the posts and post-ers that are popular on Tumblr. For example: My Tumblarity was 25 when I logged on. Then, I reblogged the post below with the cute picture of the stars of Harry Potter as children, which was first blogged by The Daily What - ranked 5th in Tumblarity amongst the Tumblogs in the US  - that has been reblogged or liked 736 times upon my last checking.

Now my Tumblarity is 31.

Fellow Tumblars, I would love to hear your observations. What makes Tumblarity tick?

(update - since someone answered my question, I gained another point.)

3 notes
  1. kambr answered: I think you get like one or two points for people liking your posts, and then five points for people following you. not sure though
  2. hizook answered: hmm my friend said that hers goes up the more she ‘likes’ posts, but i haven’t confirmed it.
  3. doubleoldfashion answered: it’s how many followers you have, plus how cool the stuff you reblog is. original posts don’t seem to matter much at all.
