check it: I’m so pleased with the dinner I just had. And it didn’t take more than 40 minutes to make.

- quinoa with olive oil, garlic, sage, white wine, cranberries, and gorgonzola (cooked the quinoa with 2 parts water for 10 minutes before adding the other ingredients)
- oven-baked salmon with olive oil, lemon slices, rosemary, kosher salt, and pepper (350 degrees for 20 minutes, until salmon flakes with a fork)
