What a cool idea this is— especially to someone who adores glossies. Which makes me wonder: how much influence do magazines have on the American public? How much dialogue do they inspire, in relation to other sources of media? In a given day, one can only imbibe upon so much media. What is the split amongst various demographics? How does the format of media shape the type of communication that happens in response? If there’s a pretty chart or an interesting study you’ve found elsewhere on the web, I’d be much obliged if you passed it this way.
