If you send David Horvitz over $100 and he accumulates $1,626, he says,
“I will go to the small Okinawan island called Taketomi and send you an envelope filled with star-sand (don’t worry, I’ve been there before, I know where to go).”
If you click on the picture above, you will see his list of offerings. Some of my favorites:

“If you give me $30 I will buy $30 worth of cookies and give them away to people I find in the street. I will send you an email with the details of where I bought the cookies, and the exact minute and date I started giving them away and the exact minute I gave away the last one.”

“If you give me $5 i will write down a memory I haven’t thought about it a while and mail it to you. I will think really hard for this. I will only write down things I haven’t thought about in over a year. I might have to use objects to instigate these memories. I guess I should also tell you what strategy I used in finding that memory.”

“If you give me any amount of money I will cash it, put it in my pocket, grab my camera, and walk out my front door not knowing what I will do. I will then travel somewhere for as cheap as possible. I will keep just enough money so that I can get back. I will send you all the receipts and documentation of this. This is for any amount. If you give me $1 maybe I will walk out my door and buy a chocolate bar and then come home. If you give me $123 maybe I will get on a greyhound bus headed for who knows where. I will go somewhere and I will send you photos of there.”
