Check out the first commercial jetpack! The Australian inventor, Glenn Martin, hopes to sell these sweet pieces beginning next year at $100,000 each. He hasn’t yet flown it higher than six feet (its unveiling demonstration was ‘anticlimactic’ according to one onlooker), but hopes to get up to 500 (!) feet within the next six months. This is super cool, and I’ve always wanted to fly. The only thing is - I hope the skies remain clear of little jet-people. Call me old-fashioned…
