“he is very involved in a lot of geriatric medicine.  very fluent in both english and korean (spanish and japanese too), probably one of the most smartest doctors i’ve been to. works very efficiently, one of those people that seem like they’re good at everything, trustworthy, knowledgeable, accessible and he’s pretty good looking for his age! (kinda like an older, korean version of patrick dempsey…. he participates in triathlons, i think, i saw a picture of him swimming across the sf bay in his office, this was many years ago…) :D  ANYWAYS…….”

This made my day so much more than anything I’ve accomplished ever has. Except maybe that one time I got into MIT. I am so grateful I have a father I can be proud of. (And it doesn’t even make me uncomfortable when my friends tell me my dad is hot! Okay, maybe it does.)

I have to reblog this, because… if his family isn’t proud of him, who else is going to be? Just kidding. Get me on the topic of my dad, and there are few other people who I can be so unabashedly effusive about.

And my sister didn’t even mention the best part - my mom found this on Yelp and sent it to us. How saavy is she? No wonder my sister had to restrict access to her Xanga a year ago, when my mom found it and told her “you use the f-word too much!”
